Tim joined MBM in 2000 shortly after the company was founded. Tim has overall responsibility for planning and delay analysis within MBM as well as providing Expert Witness Services.

Phil joined MBM in 2005 having worked for both client side organisations and contractors on a range of projects. In 2010 Phil was promted to Technical Service Director within MBM responsible for commercial services.

Danny has over 30 years’ experience working with building and civil engineering firms, developers and cost / contract consultancies specialising in contract administration, contractual claims, the preparation of expert reports and submissions for litigation, arbitration and adjudication.

Jana is the appointed Company Secretary for MBM and has been with MBM since 2013. She performs the integral role of managing the financial, commercial and legal affairs of the company.
